Forest Villa Condos features two sister buildings, each of which have their own HOA. Hate to Paint? was hired to paint only one of the two buildings. A SoDo staple, MOE’s Furniture received a dramatic color change, which has greatly improved and updated the store’s appearance. In addition to painting, we provided masonry repairs. To minimize disruption of this thriving business, Hate to Paint? worked around store hours, mostly on weekends.

To fix this garage floor, we caulked the cracks to flatten out pavement. Then, we used a two-part floor epoxy system to make it look brand new.
